I believe that most real estate agents are SIGNIFICANTLY over complicating the business.

You have heard the gurus of the last 15 years say things like:

• “There are teams and the rest”

• “List to last”

• And plenty of more stuff I don’t wan tto repeat

…It is all bullshit.

You can run whatever business you want.

You can earn whatever you want.

But here is what you need to understand. You are the only one who cares about your goals.

You know what your team cares about? Their goals. Which is fine. That is how it should be. If you find enough people with great goals, and they are in line with yours, that is a dream scenario.

However, that is not the only path.

I started this newsletter for a few reasons:

• To document all of my coaching experience in a simple format

• To show real estate agents there is a much more streamlined approach to building a real estate business without becoming a “manager”
